YOGA CLASSES
My all levels classes are intended to meet you exactly where you are on any given day. They are completely beginner friendly, yet still challenging enough to be beneficial for experienced students. I weave reflection and intention throughout our classes, in addition to postures & breathing. This lends itself to a very meditative practice. Classes are created by suggestions from students who attend, so everyone’s needs are met within our group setting. If you have any concerns or questions, please contact me.
